Celebrating 2 Years of Growth and Learning @ServiceNow! 🎉 I didn't even realize that it was my 2nd work anniversary until I received the congratulatory note from our very own CEO - Bill McDermott. I am grateful to Amjad Shaikh and Rajeev Sethi for this tremendous opportunity and an excellent team. As I reflect on the past two years, here are my key takeaways: 1. Focus on Value: Whether for internal or external customers, always strive to deliver true value. Making a meaningful impact is what counts. 2. Right Prioritization: With countless tasks at hand, never lose sight of the bigger items that propel you toward your goals. Prioritize what truly matters. 3. Teamwork: You are only as good as your team. Elevating your team members means elevating yourself. Together, we achieve more. Here's to more growth, more learning, and delivering even greater value. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey! #WorkAnniversary #Growth #Teamwork #ServiceNow

Thanks to everyone who commented and also for the all congratulatory private messages! I started with DrivenIQ 4 years ago as a contractor taking a chance that the Data space was a great fit for me and more importantly for my previous clients who I gained trust with in former companies. Business is booming and I feel extremely blessed to be helping so many direct clients, channel partners, and agencies seeking a customized solution. I ❤️ that I get to work with ALL business verticals! Let’s face it, if you can’t customize to your prospect’s needs then it’s pushing a square peg into a round hole. You can buy Data from thousands of companies 🌎 yet is it quality? Do you know how to take action and drive the result you’re looking for? If you’re seeing this post, message me and let’s dive deeper into a conversation.
We'd like to congratulate Rachel Atkins on her three-year work anniversary at DrivenIQ. 👏 Rachel continues to amaze us with her knowledge, dedication, and positive attitude when it comes to being an Enterprise Data SaaS Executive at our company. We look forward to continuing to work alongside Rachel and witnessing her unbounded success. #workanniversary #VisitIQ #DrivenIQ #shoutout

Director - UK Technology | Specialist in C-Level Technology leadership appointments | CIO | CTO | CDO | CISO | CPO and in helping the Technology C-Suite solve a range of talent challenges
“You were so lucky to get that (#cio #cdo #ciso #cto) role with a company that you love working for” There is no such thing as luck when it comes to securing a C-Level appointment. Those who are successful do these 2️⃣ things brilliantly well… ✅They NEVER neglect their network… they build meaningful connections consistently, NOT just when they are actively seeking their next appointment. At InX we are here to support all C-level Technology leaders with this… we even have an amazing person dedicated full time to this endeavor Natalie Whittlesey our Director of C-Suite #engagement ✅ They understand that they won’t get every job they want and they understand that not every opportunity is a good fit for them..no matter how much they may want it. Instead they focus on building a deep understanding of “self” - who they are as a person and their values. They work on their humility and reflect on their key areas of expertise that they can critically back up with impressive results. Once they have this all figured out they have a razor like zen focus 🧘 As we all know and have all likely experienced once you have clarity of mind and start moving towards a future state the universe has a funny way of putting things in front of you. But that’s not luck, far from it.

A few weeks ago, I completed one year at #Kyndryl. Beyond the surprise of how quickly the year went by, I am equally amazed that I got to RE-learn how consistent and pervasively application of the right strategies can deliver long-term results – even in our fast paced times. Contrasting that to my various past employers who had reacted aggressively and continuously to changing market dynamics; I found the success from consistency worth sharing. The first is the focus on all stakeholders – customers, staff, partners, and investors – built on transparency, empathy, and trust. No better example of that than my friend and hiring manager, Harish Grama. The company’s celebration of his legacy is a testament to the endearing focus on the stakeholders of our company. As I write this the winners of the inaugural Grama Award are being honored at the Heart of Kyndryl event. Harish’s emphasis on our culture had been key in attracting me to Kyndryl and it’s lovely to see us continue to build on that foundation. It truly is the #heartofprogress at Kyndryl. The second is the expansive implementation of the AAA strategy - Account, Alliances, and Advanced Delivery. Spinning out of IBM as the Services company, #Kyndryl need a contemporary ecosystem and that took a strong commitment to select partners – and it has been an unmitigated success. As has been the dramatic improvements in the efficiency and efficacy from Advanced Delivery – backed up by 2x of typical investments in education and learning and innovative investments in our automation and analytics platform #KyndrylBridge. Aligning both with a focus on our Accounts has led to market leading customer satisfaction and renewal rates. This multi-year focus to stakeholders success and the AAAs have proven to be an winning formula for success and I am so happy to be a part of the journey. Thank you Dave Simpson, Nicolas Sekkaki, Elly Keinan, Martin Schroeter, Leigh J. Price, Tracy Bolot, Meenagi Venkat, Petra Goude, Maryjo Charbonnier, Anupama Shashank Ambe, Mark Slaga, Antoine Shagoury, James Rutledge and of course, Harish Grama.

Last week I got an incredible news that I had won "Gold Club Award" at Microsoft, an award representing the top 2% of performers in the entire organization. The award means a lot to me professionally and personally. ⭐ I am extremely grateful to the entire organization of Kevin Peesker, Rachel Bondi, Harish Vellat and Steven Worrell for giving me the award and all the support for my career growth at Microsoft. ⭐ I want to give a thank you to my manager James Lowson who believe in me and being the biggest supporter of all the initiatives I've created. ⭐ Although it's an individual award, I could not achieve it alone without support from many members in my team who I work alongside & receive guidance from Naren Koushik Jordan David Saurabh Blake Ronan Neha Aparna Nanae Margaret Thomas Andri Sharlie Surya Debananda Anshul Rudolf & Katie Eve Julie ShiSh and many more who I could not tag on Linkedin. Together we made things possible, we have earned the respect with all major customers in the #Aviation & #Transport sector in ANZ. ✈ 🚋 Thank you!!! ⭐ I want to thank & celebrate the success with all of my customers & partners who are not only working with me to solve problems but also teaching me how the #Aviation and #Transport industry work. 🌟 Personally, the award has its unique meaning. Because I was not a born technologist, but the world of innovation intrigued me, and I made a decision to transit my career from Finance to Technology despite skepticism from many friends and even my family at that time. 10 years looking back my career in tech, I have no regrets. I’m passionate about the positive changes #Technology and #AI bring to the world. The #GrowthMindset culture at Microsoft, which inspires us to empower people on Earth to achieve more, resonates deeply with me and reaffirms that I’m on the right path 🚀 . #Microsoft #Microsoftlife #Growthmindset #Careermilestone #AITransformation #Gratitude

As I wrap up my last day at ServiceNow & retire from corp life, I have 3 prevailing sentiments: Blessed, Gratitude & Excitement! I am grateful for a blessed 43+ year career in the tech industry building & leading amazing teams, driving GTM innovation & transformation to deliver game changing results with colleagues & partners around the world. I have navigated the major waves of tech innovation from the mainframe-mini era to PCs-Internet-Cloud & now GenAI. I consider my last 6 years at NOW as the ultimate career capstone given the amazing culture, values, innovation, people & partners all inspired by our exemplary CEO Bill McDermott, his staff & Board! ServiceNow is a company with a huge heart & soul! I remain grateful to Bill, John Donahoe & David Schneider for the opportunity to be a small part of NOW's growth trajectory. I joined NOW in '18 with a clear mission to transform & create a world class Global Partner Ecosystem that would enable & accelerate growth to $10B+ (revised to $16B+ by Bill in '19). We achieved a lot in those first 4 years of transformational leadership establishing NOW's ecosystem as a source of unique differentiation & competitive advantage…a strategic force multiplier. I am also proud of the work by the current Partner team to build upon this foundation & ‘take it to the next level’! I am equally grateful for the opportunity to build & establish the ‘Ecosystem Ventures-EV’ function within Corp Dev in early '23. EV was chartered by Bill & our CFO Gina to qualify & fund private equity led co-investments in qualified regional partners leveraging NOW's balance sheet. Over the past 18+ months, we closed 7 deals & deployed $52M in capital. As I pivot to my next chapter, I am looking forward to shifting my focus to: - Optimizing discretionary time & enjoying more spontaneous experiences with our 3 amazing kids/spouses, 8 grands (ages 11 to 5 months), family & friends - Engaging more actively with several faith-based orgs - Accepting a few PE, partner & non-profit Advisor/Board roles - Expanding my guest lecture commitment at Auburn - Pursuing expeditionary travels with my amazing wife Jan who has been the ‘prayer warrior in our family’ & my partner for 43+ years As I turn the page, I would be remiss in not recognizing several CEOs who have directly impacted my career growth in the tech industry. Bill, John, Pat Gelsinger & Michael Dell have deeply inspired me & taught me by example what it means to be a servant leader, in addition to Jesus Christ, my Lord & Savior. In addition, I also want to express my deep gratitude to Carl Eschenbach, Lara Caimi, Peter Allen, David Booth, Jim Milton who have played significant roles at pivotal points in my career. I am indebted for their gifts of encouragement, guidance & candid feedback thru key career milestones. I look forward to remaining connected & wish you all good health, peace & joy as you continue your respective career journeys! With a heart of gratitude, David
