Historically, conjugation of chemical payloads to mAbs (mainly IgG1 & IgG4) by reducing Cysteine inter-chain disulfide bonds dominated the conjugation strategy in the generation of ADCs. However this traditional mechanism was problematic as it typically resulted in significant amounts of heterogeneous products with a wide DAR distribution. Here we introduce the novel and proprietary WuXiDAR4 technology platform for producing ADCs more efficiently and with higher DAR4 population. Envisioning New Possibilities in Drug Design with High-Throughput Screening https://lnkd.in/gdK2s876 In the realm of drug design, I find the potential of high-throughput screening truly exciting. This technology, which allows for the rapid and accurate screening of a vast array of compounds, could significantly accelerate the drug discovery process. While I have not yet implemented this technology, I am inspired by the possibilities it presents. Imagine a future where we can achieve accurate, high-throughput screening, and combine it with simplified purification processes through solid-phase extraction and ion exchange. This could potentially improve purity with minimal resources.
