I bet you only need 1 simple fix to leverage your existing lead magnet and turn leads into customers. It's so simple yet only a few do this. This is the very first thing I suggest to an ideal prospect or to do it for my clients, And once implemented you see the results almost immediately. But, first the mistake... Having a lead magnet is only half the job done. If the subscribers don't: -consume it, read it, implement it 90% of people don't consume content they download for free. (I'm sure there must be at least 1 lead magnet collecting digital dust in your PC that you downloaded but forgot to check) Now, the fix... Follow up (simple right, I told you!) And it works because : - you help them take action (read, use, implement) which is a win for them - now they trust you more That's why I do a 3/5/7-day welcome sequence for my clients depending on their lead magnets. Many people have bad lead magnets. Because they forget the most important thing. They think the sole purpose of lead magnet is to, well, generate leads. That may hold some truth, but the more important thing would be... Providing value for the right people. You see, there's no point in having millions of leads who aren't qualified to become future customers. So by focusing on getting as many people to sign up for the lead magnet, You're breaking the most important rule of marketing... Which is having a clean list of qualified leads. If you want to avoid that and filter your list of unwanted people, You must ensure your lead magnet focuses on solving 1 specific problem. Because at the end of the day, that's what best lead magnets do. Solve problems, and not gain empty subscribers.

Maximising lead to booking rate: Of course, speed to lead is a big deal. That’s not really news. Here’s something you might not focus on though: The angle of the email and the directness of the offer. If you’re sending cold emails to a lead magnet, why would the lead get on a call afterwards? They still don’t know you. Spoiler alert: You have to tell them, and give them some upside. After someone replies, use this script: “Hey, here’s the lead magnet. If we could help you get X without {risky thing} on a guaranteed basis, just like we did for Y client, would it be worth 15 mins of your time to see if it would work for you?”
