Mental health problems such as depression and anxiety affect around 1 in 4 people every year, and many more of us find our overall well-being challenged by difficult situations in our lives. Today is World Mental Health Day: raising awareness of mental health and driving positive change for everyone. At Blue Yonder we know how important this is for our team, and our internal well-being focus group meets regularly to discuss key topics raised by our team, from work-life balance and hybrid working, to managing stress and tweaks we can make in the office day-to-day, to encourage better mental health.
