The Blueair North America team had an energizing offsite with our Global CEO, Andy Lu, this week to strategize and align on our key goals for the remainder of 2024. It was a great opportunity to step away from our day-to-day, dive into our vision, and present big wins and changes while planning for a strong H2 ahead. Exciting initiatives are on the horizon and we’re more aligned than ever on delivering innovative and impactful products for our consumers. It’s not over yet, here’s to closing out the year STRONG!

Thrilled to announce that I have successfully completed the prestigious FLY-Scholar program by The Competitiveness Mindset Institute, USA 🌟. This transformative program has been a game-changer in shaping my mindset and approach to challenges. I’ve not only sharpened essential skills like creative thinking, leadership, and effective problem-solving 🧠✨, but also delved deep into traits like perseverance, taking initiative, innovation, and conscientiousness—all crucial for achieving long-term success 🚀. What truly set this program apart was its focus on practical, real-world applications. Learning how to tackle complex problems, step up as a leader, and push the boundaries of innovation has been incredibly empowering. I’ve already started implementing these insights in both my professional and personal life, driving positive changes in how I approach challenges. A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Foundation for Excellence and Competitiveness Mindset Institute (CMI) for providing this incredible opportunity to grow, learn, and continuously evolve. This journey is just the beginning, and I’m excited to keep building on these new skills to reach even greater heights! 💪💡 #FFE #FLYScholar #FFEScholar #GailSuper50 #LeadershipDevelopment #SkillBuilding #PersonalGrowth #Innovation #Perseverance #ProblemSolving #TakingInitiative #Conscientiousness #ProfessionalGrowth #MindsetMatters

What impact do three lived core values have on a sustainable best practice culture? A recent MIT study highlights that 73% of companies have between 3 and 7 core values. When it comes to defining company values, the magic number is 3. Southwest Airlines exemplifies this with Warrior Spirit, Servant Heart, and Fun Loving values. These unique values are known and lived by almost every person at Southwest, fostering predictable good behavior and providing a significant competitive advantage. #CoreValues #CompanyCulture

The Power of Visibility: A Small Change with Big Impact Incorporating agility into our daily lives involves embracing the philosophy of making actions both substantial and conspicuous. A recent encounter at Suvarnabhumi Airport shed light on the potential impact of this approach. The airport's transparent trash cans, designed to hold waste until cleaning, highlighted a critical aspect. While aesthetics forces to conceal visible trash by hiding under the designed trash cans, creating visible trash cans is a genius move! The transparency of these transparent trash cans harnesses crowd intelligence. When faced with a full bin, individuals naturally seek alternate trash can, fostering a subconscious optimization instinct. This simple yet decisive action demonstrated the potential for making things big and visible across various aspects of our lives. What we can do? In our pursuit of agility, let's adopt the transformative power of visibility. From personal habits to professional endeavors, amplifying the significance of actions not only broadens our perspective but also compels us to take meaningful steps. Let's challenge ourselves to make our actions as noticeable as the transparent trash cans at Suvarnabhumi Airport. By doing so, we can collectively optimize our choices and contribute to a more agile and mindful existence. Join the movement – make it big, make it visible!

This is Kjartan Briem’s story. It’s the honest account of how the CEO of Icelandic air navigation service provider Isavia ANS began a cultural transformation in the company by looking inwards and learning more about himself, not only as a leader but also as a human being. It's not another story of a CEO looking back and sharing his great victories. It's a story of a CEO and a company on a journey that is happening right now. A story that has only just begun. It’s the story of dreaming of a better workplace for your employees, enabling a stronger company and making it happen, together. #culturaltransformation #changeleadership #leadership #culture
