The Chief Engineer will be responsible for technical leadership of all activities related to transitioning systems into production. Frequent technical interaction with USAF customers. Recommend and discuss plans and their alternatives; report status and convey technical considerations to RTX and Government teams. Interact with suppliers and Government agencies to develop plans, influence funding, and drive the community to a singular solution. Train and mentor team leads to organize and perform technical activities while planning for an early transition to production.
