I still get an invitation to jury duty in the States. I honestly used to love it- you dress up, go to court, and make decisions that have an impact. Thanks, Food Tech Congress, for allowing me to be back in court and part of the Jury for the Food Tech Challenge. I'll be looking specifically at finalists for the Novel Protein Competition. Here is what I am curious about: ✅ Can you scale? What is the plan to reach price parity and close to it? ✅What does it taste like? Have you had clients taste it already? ✅How are you different? The market is flooded with options. How will you stand out? Why is the time now? What other factors do you recommend i consider?
