Nissan employees in Japan traded laptops for car keys to experience the capabilities of our vehicles on the frozen surface of Megami Lake. Finding the courage to take your car over an icy lake is no mean feat – but our teams jumped at the challenge. From super sportscars to SUVs, we explored how systems in each vehicle handle slippery surfaces. This included the Ariya and X-Trail e-POWER cars equipped with e-4ORCE, Nissan's electrified all-wheel-control tech which detects slippages of each wheel, quickly distributing driving force to maximize grip.
