30-Year Dealership Operator changing the Game: Turning Ad Budgets into Smart Investments. No More Playbooks from Outsiders. Zero Cost, All Gain with Social Media. Time to Hold Marketing to a Higher Standard!
I am going to win in 2024….. In a market where products and services are often similar, the true differentiator lies in the experience we create for our customers and employees. While aspects like product variety, competitive pricing, and convenience of location are important, they are also easily matched by competitors. What truly sets a business apart is its ability to craft an emotionally resonant experience. This involves cultivating an environment where every interaction is driven by intention and empathy, focusing not just on the transaction, but on genuinely solving problems and exceeding expectations. For employees, this means creating a workplace that prioritizes their growth and well-being, understanding that their daily pursuit of professional and financial success is integral to the overall health of the business. When employees are engaged and fulfilled, they are better equipped to deliver exceptional service, thereby enhancing the customer experience. For customers, it’s about offering more than just a product or service; it’s about delivering a memorable and positive experience that consistently exceeds their expectations. This approach shifts the focus from a mere financial transaction to providing real value, building a loyal customer base that values the experience as much as, if not more than, the product itself. Ultimately, the unique and exceptional experiences we create for our employees and customers become our business’s most distinguishing feature, setting us apart in a crowded marketplace and driving sustainable success.

Coach | Business Advisor | Happiness and Performance Expert | Author of The Day Makes the Year (Makes a Life) | Very Lucky Guy
The One Thing Every Service Leader Should Do This Week No, it’s not making New Year's resolutions. If you’re into them, go for it. I’m more of a daily resolution guy, which I will share about tomorrow. But the one thing every leader should do this week…and would recommend today…is to identify the one thing you’re going to help your team go to the next level in January. Starting January off is essential by returning to the basics of service and selling. It can be different during the holidays as the staff works with multiple customers, customers in a hurry, etc. So, this week, you want to get them not only focused on some basic engagement actions but, at the same time, helping everyone be even better at it. I would recommend that you look at: √ How the staff first engages customers √ Reengaging √ Selling down, not up √ Not stopping the sale √ Follow-up with customers What is your January Next Level Basic Focus?

Founder / Director at enable recruitment | Helping businesses grow 💚 WE ARE A PURPOSE-DRIVEN, B CORP CERTIFIED BUSINESS 🌎
I was talking to the team yesterday about when I started enable and how I worked 15 hour days to bring in results... no not a typo. It was hard work but sitting in the office 7 years later as I talk to a decent sized team makes me realise that those early days meant something 👇 We continued to share all our crazy stories in sales and recruitment (by crazy I mean CRAZY) and it goes to show how all the successful salespeople always remember their early days. The days when things weren't glamourous. The days when you feel like you're going backwards (you would've been able to tell by when I bleached my hair during lockdown 🥴). But that's when the real foundations get built and the real results start to happen. It took hard work to get enable recruitment | B Corp™ to where it is... 💚 Always grateful for Francesca for helping me out after her full day of work then going home and making me dinner 💚 Always grateful for Nick and Steve for giving me the opportunity and helping me along the way 💚 Always grateful for Oliver for joining a few years later and helping me grow enable to the strength that it is today It also takes hard work for any salesperson to get to where they want to be. But I can tell you that every successful person remembers their early days and knows they wouldn't be half the person they are now without it! So when things seem crazy, like they'll never get better, remember that diamonds need pressure 💎 #SalesAdvice #BusinessOwner #Recruitment

📣 Staub & Associates customers & alumni, this announcement is for you! We have been blessed for 34 years to work with some of the most committed companies/professionals in the South Central PA area, so when the idea was proposed by Lou Lavetan & Josh Yunginger to put a networking group together, for current & past customers, we were immediately intrigued. Quickly, others became interested when this was announced at Customer Appreciation Day, a committee was formed, and volunteers stepped up to invest their resources as sponsors. 🔷 This group will have two objectives: 1. Staub customers to bring guests who are interested in learning more about the work we do in our community. It was very humbling to hear how passionate our customers are to help continue the legacy! We’ve always said “your customers will sell for you”, but this brought a tear to my eye to hear how many are willing to do so. 2. While our customers get to network each week at our public offerings, this is a chance to dive deeper, learn more about other like-minded professionals, and determine how to potentially share business or opportunities. We hope you’ll mark your calendars for May 3rd, from noon to 1:30. The first event will be limited to 30 people. More information will be shared over the coming weeks regarding sponsors & logistics.

Insight for those sales people (I was in it for 20 years so I understand the excitement) that celebrate with the deals they just won by announcing the closing and how much revenue it generated, stop it. You have just publicly turned your customer into a KPI. The relationship you built, the time spent strategizing, the hours of collaboration, well you belittled it, whether you know or not. Your customers have LinkedIn too and they can read. Celebrating a partnership is different than celebrating your income.
