OKO Group and Tao Group Hospitality have joined forces to launch Miami Members Hospitality, a new venture blending luxury dining and social experiences. Their first project, set to open in 2025, will be a Mediterranean restaurant with a private members-only lounge on top of 830 Brickell, Miami’s tallest office tower. This 724-foot skyscraper, developed by OKO Group and Cain International, already hosts big-name tenants like Microsoft and Citadel. Building on Tao Group’s Miami success, including the popular waterfront spot Casadonna, this partnership aims to set a new standard for hospitality in one of the world’s most dynamic cities. Visit McKinney couldn't be more excited about the announcement of Canon Beach Surf and Adventure Park, another $200 million development redefining McKinney as a destination. Anticipated to break ground in 2025 at the northeast corner of Stacy Road and S.H. 121, this 35-acre project will feature a four-acre surf lagoon, a full-service resort-style hotel, and dining, entertainment, and business spaces. The indoor family-focused entertainment area will include a skateboard park, movie theater, bowling alley, health club, indoor recreation facilities, and more. The project is expected to provide more than 700 local jobs, generate over $2 billion in economic impact over the next 20 years, and welcome 300,000 visitors annually.
