"Ahoy to all sea enthusiasts! I announce the recruitment of teams and sailors from the IT, VC, Telco, and startup community for the Tech Venture Regatta 2024. Taking place on Lake Garda, Italy, from May 4th to May 11th, 2024. First, a brief backstory: Yachting, as a sport, leisure, and passion, has been a part of my life for over 15 years. It transformed my perspectives on many aspects of life. As an experienced sailor and winner of international regattas, I've opened up the world of yachting to friends, partners, and founders of my portfolio projects. Witnessing the enthusiasm founders bring to this sport is truly gratifying. When networking happens in a business setting, there's always a certain distance between people. Yet, changing the environment for interaction brings shared emotions, goals, the tension of yacht racing, and the joy of the journey—all of which dissolve social barriers. I've seen previously unfamiliar faces become friends after regattas. Yachting fosters genuine team-building. I don't hire staff for yachts; the team handles everything from boat management to deck cleaning. Everyone contributes for collective comfort, fostering a deeper understanding of each other. I've invited top managers from Choco, Astel, HR-messenger, and Atacom to races before. Let me dispel a myth: yachting isn't inherently more expensive than car travel. Participation in races costs real money. It's a passion, I reiterate! The Almaty Yacht Club unites Kazakh captains, and I wish to increase the number of passionate sea enthusiasts. Twenty teams, 100 people from the IT environment in Central Asia. The week's program includes yacht basics training, safety techniques, and five days of daily races. Partners organize onshore events, opening and closing ceremonies, and daily small talks on venture industry topics with market experts. My partners and I are ready to answer your questions. Croatian Coastline in a Private Yacht Hello Fellow Travelers, I wanted to get this sent to all of you as fast as I possibly could because these sell out so super fast. I have put together an itinerary for a private yacht sailing in Croatia for June 2025. It is customizable even from what I have selected (may change price). I know right now you are thinking...well that is going to be ridiculously expensive, but what if I told you that it was the same price or less than sailing on a bigger, commercial yacht.  It is not out of your reach. This dream can be yours and I am here to help you make it happen. Think of a group of people that you think would be a blast to take this trip with and get them to join you. Sailing with like minded people is key. It can be a work group, a family reunion, a group of women, a yoga retreat, a pickleball retreat (they even have a floating pickleball court as an option), or any other group you belong to. Attached below is the itinerary as I have it for this sailing along with a brochure about the yacht called the Symphony. Please feel free to forward it on to others that you think might be interested as well. Now lets get down to the nitty gritty…pricing! The 4 suite on the Yacht would be $8,000 per suite double occupancy The 11 cabins would be $5,800 per cabin double occupancy What do you need now? A deposit is what can lock in this pricing before the end of March. Either $550 per person or $16,000 for the Yacht. Also remember if you are creating the group you can alter the prices so you are getting a tour conductor credit.

Power Catamaran - Combines the stability of the catamaran with the speed of a motor yacht. The key is finding the right yacht that matches a particular group’s desires and needs.
