-----STRANGE WHEN "CONFIDENTIAL" IS HIRING------ "Confidential" is hiring gives the immediate sneaky feeling of a Company deep in weirdness, ambiguity of purposes, mean remunerations for its employees and a Company with lots of things TO HIDE. Generally, most well-meaning, good illustrious and transparent companies like to Brand and sell themselves to potential applicants; not hide behind the sneaky cloak of "Confidential". Well meaning transparent Companies actually set aside large marketing budgets to promote and brand their names, products, services and solutions to mankind. If your Company means good and is doing good for Mankind, why HIDE ? A general people survey shows that almost 65% of applicants pass on submitting their applications to hidden ""Confidential" Companies. It is easy and not far-fetched to assume that these companies are carrying out dangerous programs or drive research works that are likely to bring disasters and hurt mankind when their products, services and solutions are released to market. Companies labelled "Confidential" give justification that they are shying away from public attention. This cannot be a solid reason because whatever evil is hidden soon resurfaces. This is in stack contrast to companies which spend vast amounts in marketing drives to promote and brand themselves. Those of you reading this article may wish to give your comment on what you think about companies hiding behind the screen of "Confidential" Hopefully we will end up with less of companies labelling themselves as "Confidential". This also may well help to EXPOSE those "Confidential" companies who may actually be driving evil programs behind the scenes. Come out of your "Confidential" cells and cupboards; let people see less of these labels. Discuss this.

One thing that can help resolve most of your firm's problems with sales and marketing? And it doesn't involve shelling out cash for shiny new tech or adding another marketing guru to your payroll. 🗣️Talk to more customers. I know the answer is straightforward, but it's still so often overlooked. You don't need to buy more tech, read more business books, invest more money, or hire another marketing agency. Go straight to your most valuable resource—your clients. Why does this matter? -Direct feedback helps drive quicker improvements -Offer more insights into client needs and preferences -Builds significantly stronger relationships -Reveals new opportunities you haven't considered -Improves/enhances client retention and satisfaction The key when having these conversations, or any effective discussion for that matter? Listen more than you speak. Let the client share their stories and experiences. Use the feedback to assess whether your strategy, messaging, or the stories you're telling are working or if a change is needed. If there are any simple, more client-focused solutions you can implement—start there first. Are you diving into conversations with your clients? Solutions – Revisited When I meet clients who are looking to get hired. I let them know that there’s really only two things they need to know to achieve their goal. First, know what you can (and can’t) offer to an employer. Second, know who needs that. That’s all. Knowing yourself can be more difficult than one imagines. Not because we don’t know our history and our successes, but because we trivialize them. Here’s an example: A surgeon does incredible work. We look on in awe, but to the surgeon, it’s another day. When we do something well, we tend to trivialize it. Others can tell us that’s impressive, and we remember that, yeah, it IS impressive. And it should be shared. You are more successful than you realize – and you have more to offer than you give yourself credit for. Work with a coach, and share your stories…they can remind you of what you may have forgotten.

I’ve met plenty of Topbillers, billing 50-100K every month. Here’s why many of them use content to eliminate peaks and troughs... Every recruiter who experiences peaks and troughs in revenue finds It annoying. The Culprit? Busy filling multiple roles, so BD falls off a cliff. A method that I know a lot of Top Billers are using to ease these peaks and troughs Is Allowing their Marketing to do the heavy lifting while they’re knees-deep searches So here’s their process: 1. They’ll typically sit down on a single day and write 2-3 pieces of content for the following week. 2. Then, they’ll schedule that content throughout the week using Software or LinkedIn’s built-in scheduler tool Now, they can get on with WHATEVER they want to do for the week And those 3 pieces of content will be… > Racking up thousands of impressions > Building their reputation > And Generating warm conversations So, what’s the moral of this post? Start thinking about systems that can be doing the work for you in the background
