Sharing this with my humble POV: One of the biggest "mistakes" we have experienced with the integration of Generative AI tools is to believe that it is the 100% solution to our effectiveness problems and it is not. It is a great solution for the operability of people because it is a promoter of speed but does not provide an own opinion or an adequate point of view for the entity we represent and this is the biggest mistake I have seen around the use of tools like these. "Blind trust" of the tool's proposal without human verification. Companies, stakeholders, and the C-Suite demand speed and effectiveness without risking quality but to have quality, I consider that the options we have from Generative AI are not ready to meet the high standards of companies. Why? For the simple fact that corporate strategies are born from the leaders of the companies that draw the path of the company. From my point of view, using Generative AI has been amazing it solves little details, it solves outlines and structures that we require, among other examples, but it is never our last word. Responsible use is not only about knowing what Generative AI is or knowing the different tools available on the internet/market; it is about using it accurately, considering the different variables of impact on the work, using it as an ally to our daily work but never as our only resource. 

Although GenAI tools can boost productivity in any workplace, the true utility can be much more than that. GenAI tools when used by the right people with the right training can unlock its true potential. #responsibleAI #GenAI #PeoplewithAI
