I heard the expression "selling ice to Eskimos" again today and I was inspired. Not to sell ice to anyone, but to share some wisdom I learned along the way about measuring sales performance objectively. Maybe to learn more about what it takes to make the sale happen, and then share learning experiences and accountability among the sales team. A little more like a sales tribe than a hero or a chief name gatherer too.
