Common issues I find when working with business owners on their business credit. They changed addresses multiple times and never updated them with all the bureau's so they have multiple accounts that need to be merged. Just because a loan says "commercial" or "business" on it doesn't mean it will report to the Business Bureau's most lenders and creditors are cheap and they don't want to pay the fee to report. They are using the wrong credit cards and they either report to personal or don't report to business bureaus. There are a lot of steps you can take to fix this I have attached a checklist for you to review can you check all the boxes? What's your biggest area for improvement? Business owners pay me to fix these things in a timely matter, and get them to their objective of financing as much as possible without personal guarantees. Leverage is using other peoples money to scale- you can't do that if you're personally guaranteeing everything.

However, I realized that staying on top of compliance requirements was sometimes challenging, and that’s an area for improvement.
