Over the years, I’ve come to understand the meaningful significance of a healthcare system that reflects the diversity of its patient population. The inclusivity builds trust, ensures that every voice is heard and acknowledges the cultural nuances that might otherwise go unnoticed.
For patients, these elements are critical because they contribute positively to health outcomes.
