India’s All India Starch Manufacturers’ Association (AISMA) has called for urgent action on rising maize prices. In a letter to the DGFT, AISMA requested that the government reduce the import duty on maize to 0% and increase the tariff rate quota (TRQ) to 20 lakh metric tonnes. 🔋 Biomethane - another step towards Ukraine's ecological future and a quality alternative to natural gas. ♻️ VITAGRO ENERGY has built a biomethane plant and is ready to export biomethane to Europe. The project will generate 3 million cubic meters of biomethane, as well as millions of hryvnias in taxes annually, bringing foreign currency revenue to Ukraine during wartime! In addition to biomethane production, the plant plans to produce organic fertilizers: the annual volume of fertilizers will exceed 80,000 tons, allowing for a reduction in the use of mineral fertilizers on an area of 1500 hectares and replacing their import.  🧑💼 In addition to processing animal and plant waste, the biomethane project creates added value, diversifying agricultural business and expanding export sales channels for Ukrainian producers.  🇺🇦 🤝 We work for a clean future for our planet and the energy stability of the country! #VitagroEnergy #biogas #biomethane #greenenergy
