Ten years ago, a new home cost about $60K more than an existing home. ❌Not anymore. Today, new construction and existing homes are virtually on equal price footing. That said, here are a few reasons why a new home may be right for you: 〰️New homes are built with the latest materials and technologies, making them more energy-efficient and sustainable. 〰️You may be able to customize your new home by choosing the floor plan, finishes, and appliances. 〰️Most new homes come with a warranty, which means major problems will be covered. Plus, with new systems and appliances, there shouldn't be any costly surprises anytime soon. 〰️New construction homes typically have modern community amenities. Think walking trails, dog parks, playgrounds, and a community pool and clubhouse. 〰️Let’s face it. As much as you might love the idea of a fixer-upper, most people don't have the time or capacity for major renovations or upgrades. A home you can walk into, hang a few pictures on the wall, and call it a day sounds well…pretty nice. 👉🏼Keep in mind a new home can take several months to be completed. But if you can weather the wait, a new construction might be ideal for your next home. #realestate #realestatetips #homebuyers #buyingahome #newconstructionhome #buyingnewconstruction #WardRealtyServices #serviceneverstops

REO & Corporate Real Estate Broker. I Buy Homes. Inc 5000 Honoree. Entrepeneur.com Contributor. I teach organizations how to reduce salesperson turnover and increase sales.
If you're thinking about remodeling your home 🏡 just to flip it, don't even bother doing the whole damn thing. Why waste time and money on a full-scale renovation if you're not sticking around to enjoy it? 🤷♂️ When it comes to increasing your home's value for sale, focus on the areas that will give you the biggest bang for your buck. And I'm talking making that curb appeal 💥 Two areas that are straight up game-changers? 🔑 The garage door and the front entry door. These are the first things potential buyers see, so you better believe they're judging your whole property based on these key elements. 👀 A sleek new garage door and an eye-catching front door will have buyers thinking "Now that's a home I can see myself living in." 😎 It's all about perception, people. 🧠 Killer curb appeal creates an amazing first impression that gets buyers hooked before they even step inside. An ugly exterior is an instant turn-off that could cost you bigtime. 💰 So quit messing around with partial renovatiobs UNLESS they're for yourself. Get laser-focused on upgrading those key entryways for maximum impact and ROI. #realestateagent #realestateagents #realestateagentlife #adayinthelifeofarealestateagent #adayinthelifeofarealtor #realestatetips #RealEstateAgentTips #RealEstateAgentsRock #realestateagentsonig #realestateagentswanted #realestateagenttraining #realestateagentmarketing #realestateagentonamission #realtor #realestate #rei #talktopaul #rehrealestate #realestateheaven #realestatetipsandadvice #realestate #realestateinvestment

Home sellers are often told to make upgrades to their house before they sell. But when is the best time to get those home improvements underway, in terms of scoring the best ROI? It’s a tough balance to strike. After all, the sooner you remodel your kitchen or retile the bathroom, the more you’ll get to enjoy it all yourself. But if you make those improvements too long before you sell, you risk them looking run-down and outdated by the time you want to market your home. So, when’s the right time to give the green light? If you’re agonizing over such questions, you can end your suffering now! Here’s how far in advance of listing your home you should do certain home improvements, so they’ll still look fresh enough to fetch top dollar: https://1l.ink/ZZDGZQD #SellingHome #HomeSeller #SellingHouse #Remodelling #Upgrading #HomeImprovement #FYP #Realtor #ClevelandTN #ChattanoogaTN #ClevelandChattHomes

You asked, and here's the answer! 🌟 Many of you have been wondering: What's the difference between renovating a home before selling and selling it as is? Let's break it down so you can make the best decision for your situation! 🛠️✨ Renovating your home before selling often means you're looking to maximize your property's potential and, hopefully, the sale price. This could involve anything from a fresh coat of paint to a full kitchen remodel. The key here is to focus on updates that increase home value without overspending. Remember, not all renovations will yield a high return, so choose wisely! On the other hand, selling as is means you're putting the house on the market in its current condition without making any improvements. This option can be appealing if you're looking to sell quickly or don't want to deal with the hassle and expense of renovations. Buyers often expect a lower price, but this isn't always a downside. You might find a buyer who's looking for a fixer-upper or wants to customize their new home themselves. So, what's best for you? At Sitka Real Estate Solutions, we are committed to providing every homeowner with the opportunity to Maximize their sale, even if you don't think you have the time or the financial means to do so. We have a solution for every issue that may be stopping you 🏡💬 Thinking about selling and want to have a discussion how our team can help you Maximize your Sale? Reach out to us and lets have a chat. This one thing will help you sell your home for more money ⬇️ 🤑 We all know that as a homeowner, the “we should really do this” list is never done. But before we put your home on the market, you should finish any ongoing home projects. This doesn’t mean that you need to replace the laundry room tile that you think is totally outdated or remodel the guest bathroom. But if you’ve started a project, you don’t want to leave it unfinished when your home is going up for sale. It will give prospective buyers the impression that you haven’t maintained your home well and they’ll be less inclined to make an offer, and if they do make an offer, it probably won’t be over asking. So make sure that if you’ve made any home improvements, you’ve tied up all loose ends, including patching up wall holes, touching up paint, and having floors or carpets deep cleaned after construction/renovation work. If you’re thinking about selling your home in 2024, now is the time to sit down and discuss strategies to help you stand out from the competition and get the best return on your investment. Call, text, or DM me, and let’s start the conversation! • • • • #camposhomesnj #seller #listing #homeselling #sellertip #realtor #realestate #realtorlife #camdencounty #gloucestercounty #burlingtoncounty #southjerseyrealtor #njrealtor #kellerwilliamsrealty #kellerwilliamsrealtor #newjerseyrealestate #newjerseyrealtor
