In the world of art, there are many creations that amaze with originality and uniqueness. A striking example is a gold sculpture depicting the famous British model Kate Moss.  But what made the statue so unusual and remarkable?  Firstly, the material from which it is made. It is no secret that gold has had a special place in art since antiquity. From ancient Greek vases, it gradually made its way to Andy Warhol’s silkscreens, Jasper Johns’ flag canvas and Marc Quinn’s giant sculptures.  Secondly, the sculptural image of Kate Moss, which holds a special meaning. The model has become a symbol of women’s influence in modern society.  The third important aspect that makes the sculpture unique is its creator. Stylistically alike, were the Madonna and Child statue in #NationalMuseumsScotland (NMS) Edinburgh and Saint Agnes sculpture at the #IsabellaStewartGardnerMuseum (ISGM) Boston, carved and painted by the hand of Maestro della Santa Caterina Gualino as ascribed by historian Giovanni Previtali ?   Through a multi-analytical study, an answer was sought. Sculpture is the science and art of establishing forms, where the part is in tune with the whole. The individual form is in tune with its cosmic potential. The more the fine tuning with the symmetries and proportions of the cosmos the more it will generate that almighty power of nature in the any observer simply by looking at it and appreciating it. The sculptor and the sculpture are just different values of that same cosmos...they are the same thing just the same as gold can be in different things like a ring or bracelet or statue...but it's still the same gold. Sculpture is also the science and art of expressing the real nature of life, enjoying the bliss in every wave of creation. The supreme value of sculpture is achieved when the sculptor gives expression to that ancient and eternal and hidden field of forms located in the ether, in that same place where all the great sculptors have tapped into... It's a field of intelligence where all the laws of nature reside...and the sculptor is able to manifest them with his hands..
