How did a small Estonian start-up become one of the fastest-growing tech companies with over 150 million customers and 3.5 million partners in 45 countries? One word: culture. We don’t fool ourselves that we’re perfect and take critical feedback seriously. 🟢 We challenge each other but mean well The best solutions are found through intense, but respectful debate. We seek out people that can prove our arguments wrong, not simply confirm our beliefs. We give honest feedback to help people grow, but make sure they know we’re on their side. 🟢 We work hard and smart We take pride in pushing ourselves to achieve extraordinary things, but we know our true limits and when to take a break. Guys, how is it that such pros can't make the bolt app show driving times based on real-time road conditions? Why does the application use an approximate value? After all, among Bolt's customers there are people who value punctuality, and when you predict the waiting time for a car based on approximate data, without taking into account the actual traffic situation, the waiting time can double! Or is this approach to business only in Ukraine? I do not rule out that you do not care about people and their expectations, and perhaps I am too naive, but still, I cannot understand why this happens ...

How could there be no customer support numbers or resolution team. Your application focus on closing the case without resolving the service. How could customers get their service or reach your support team particularly when you got customers money without delivering service ? Is it a legal case when customers money is debited without delivery of service ?and there is no way customer could reach you after the money is debited. Bolt takes no accountability. They encourage you to schedule your rides but never guarantee a car will show up. I scheduled a very early morning ride to the airport and stood in the street waiting for the Bolt ride to show up. There is very little flexibility for rides early in the morning. This caused us, as a family of 5 (3 young children) to miss our flight home and an onward delay of 2 days. A disaster, not to mention the additional expense incurred. With difficulty I contacted Bolt and complained about their reliability. Their excuse? Very sorry and will speak to the driver. A total disregard for their customer and their service. I no longer use Bolt to go to the airport or any place I must get to on time.

Customer first: Well here is what does customer first means to Bolt. I have been almost trying to get to chat to the driver after my ride yesterday where I lost my phone and bag in the car. The option of "in app call" is not working only the call by phone is working and I cannot call by phone due to the phone itself being lost. So 1. The support is extremely terrible 2. The product is not thought from a customer PoV with probably the most common issue that is what happens IF the customer loses the phone. I am still in the 24 hour window would love to see how any of the above claims are met!!

Bolt is not really profitable to us here in Owerri, Imo state, Nigeria. Low patronage, high fuel cost and the price fixed by bolt which customers sticks to pay, bad roads that makes us go to mechanic almost on daily basis. For goodness sake, we have a lot of factors hindering us here. Just recently, my car has been faulty and has almost consumed my little savings. Right now, I don't have money again to fix the car and this is making me lose my sanity. I need help to fix my car and start work again.

Hey Bolt. As a Bolt driver there is a critical tool we need. It entails developing a simple excel sheet that is a "Live budget" for Bolt drivers. A driver can record monthly revenue and direct expences like fuel, data, vehicle repayments, insurance and other. But most importantly the sheet also records future costs like tyres, maintence etc. the driver establishing then these expences will occur and calculates the monthly amount that needs to be placed in savings so that when tyres needs replacement the driver has sufficient funds. This will go a long way to ensure monthly net incomes is exaggerated causing the driver with cash flow problems

Bolt I like it because it is cost effective and The question is Is it profitable? Which I doubt so the answer is 1. Many investors invested due to traction 2. Had a lot of money to burn 3. Car sharing was a trend and basically very few competitors to Uber #Culture is when you hire the people who are in need. You create helpful environment... This is just another marketing gimmick. My team can help your company become profitable but our ideas will not be gullible to egoistic management. I had the experience Wolt their management burned millions, the same with Gorillas, Flink, Flipkart, noon If you become profitable then fine else you will be obliged to hire business planners who will take critical decisions with intelligence.

Your work deserves respect. Feel my flow. Tokenomics. Ton Coins will definitely rule. Bolt Tokens - how loyalty bonuses and company preference will play an important role in all aspects. in Tokenomics it may be for me, but for blockchain - think. a lot of things are possible - idea + finance. People need to travel by car, repair their cars. Eat. relax.

My 13 year old daughter's credit card is unauthorized charged by Bolt scooter service. She doesn't have Bolt even on her phone. Probably phone number connected to that account either her phone number. Although we connected to Bolt Help said, can not do anything about used services. No information given to us about unauthorised charges. Bolt telling us resolve by Bank. Bank telling resolve by Bolt. We have charged around 50 € unauthorized and can not do anything about this. I will post this daily until get a solution.
