There’s something truly special about the environments we share with our pets. This beautifully designed lobby and café area at the dog park is a perfect example of how thoughtful architecture can enhance our experience with our furry companions. When designing the space I was aiming at not just aesthetics but creating environments that foster connection, relaxation, and joy. After all, we love our pets for being energetic love sponges who never tire from playing catch. Architecture plays a crucial role in shaping these shared spaces, making them comfortable and functional. Whether it's a cozy corner for a quick cuddle or a spacious area for play, well-designed environments can greatly enrich our lives and those of our pets. How do you and your pets enjoy your favorite spaces together? #dogworld #architecturedesign #dogpark #creativearchitecture

Innovation marketing for high-end market, with the mission of transforming the marketing and communications of heritage and modern brands into assets that generate growth | Supporter of the culture of modern business
From flagship to condos. In this section of our b-f-t-m website, I discuss transformative business topics every day, and there are also interesting developments in the real estate sector that blend architecture, design, and new concepts in many cities around the world. It had been a while since I saw this historic sign closed, and I wondered about its fate. Then I got the answer, quite surprising but, being intriguing from a design perspective, I am curious about the developments. The former Barney's building on Seventh Avenue is shedding its designer suits. After the luxury department store succumbed to the changing retail landscape and went bankrupt in 2019, the space remained vacant for two years, briefly serving as a Spirit Halloween pop-up. The building's new owner, architect and developer Raymond Chan, intends to convert the structure into condominiums, following a similar approach to his previous projects in Flushing, Long Island City, and the Lower East Side. Additionally, there are plans for a ground-floor retail space featuring a beautiful modern design. What’s your take? Do you know more about the new project? 👍🏻 # 254 REAL ESTATE, United States 👇 More contents on our website, the link to the featured news is in the first comment below. Did you know, that you don't have to be flashy to make a lot of money? Here's an example where we bought a large apartment complex, and redid the exteriors with all new paint, but kept it understated and clean. Nobody necessarily needs to come home to a brightly colored door or accent wall to look at. They can decorate the interiors of their units however they want, but our job is to create an inviting and clean place to live every time they drive into their parking lot, and make them feel at home. That's one of the many ways we win in real estate investing alongside our investors. #realestate #realestateinvesting #multifamily #multifamilyinvesting #apartmentinvesting #investing
