Loved conversing with Sakshi Bajaj of NDTV on the revival and the subsequent burgeoning of the travel, tourism and hospitality space in our country. This contributes to 6% of our GDP iand about 9% of our workforce. 2023 marks the first time when the domestic tourism and hospitality industry exceeded pre pandemic levels and hotel occupancy rates breached the 70% mark for the first time in over a decade. With green shoots visible in the economy around rural demand and an aspiring middle class on the rise, the nearly 200 million strong domestic tourist base is primed to grow at an 8-10% CAGR in the foreseeable future, thereby becoming a significant driver of job creation.

i request you all to share this as much as you can. I recently joined a startup company #bharatecofuels in Noida as a Digital marketing Manager. During my interview, I explicitly stated to the Hr that I would not be responsible for video editing , as it is distinct from the role of a Digital marketing Manager. The Hr agreed to this condition. starting the job, I found myself having to edit the videos , which was not my area of expertise. This led to a conflict as I had been clear about my job role from the beginning. They don't know about single terms of digital marketing and how seo work even their website is not user friendly just made for presence. The work environment was unprofessional and a lack of basic office etiquette. Also they don't have any management skill... Road side tea stall have some ethics but this place is so cheap for work. Management k name pr game khelte h.. Chatu log jinko srif dikhawa k alwa koi mtlb nh kam kse krna h... 2 logo ka management bna k pure din koi kam nh ... Also they don't pay salary of employees like mine.. So if you read this review be think about again for doing anything with this cheap shit company To summarize, my experience with this company was highly disappointing, and I want to share this to prevent others from facing similar challenges.
