Exciting progress at Bryant University! We’re proud to incorporate Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) into the new student housing project. CLT is not only a strong and stable building material but also a sustainable substitute for traditional, carbon-intensive materials like concrete. This project is a true collaboration, and we are grateful to our design partners, Ayers Saint Gross and Amenta Emma, for their innovative approach and commitment to sustainability. A special thanks to Bryant University for leading the way with its dedication to building a more sustainable future. This project aligns perfectly with our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals, and we are proud to work with a team that shares this vision. By choosing renewable, low-carbon alternatives like CLT, we’re advancing both the performance of the building and our long-term environmental impact. Today we remember and reflect. The great city of New York has always been a symbol of resilience, and we honor the men and women who have worked tirelessly to rebuild what was lost. At BOND, we are proud of our many team members who played a role in the development of the Transportation Hub and redevelopment of the World Trade Center. Local decisions often have impact on a global scale.    Today local means Wakefield - where BOND Building Construction is managing a major update to the town's High School. And Global? Well, that means Sierra Leone!    While it’s often challenging to salvage old equipment and infrastructure, our team on this project, led by Stephanie Crepeau, spearheaded a partnership with Build Health International (BHI) to help find some existing parking lot light posts a new home at the Maternal Center of Excellence (MCoE) in Kono District, Sierra Leone. The facility, a collaborative project of the Government of Sierra Leone, Partners In Health, and BHI, will launch and scale maternal, child, and reproductive health services throughout Sierra Leone.   We look forward to seeing this initiative take shape from afar and applaud the teams for their dedication to making it possible.

On Labor Day, we celebrate the hard work and dedication of the men and women who build, deliver, and maintain the infrastructure that keeps our communities running safely and smoothly.   Thank you for your commitment and tireless work. All BOND offices will be closed Monday, Sept 2nd so our teams can enjoy a day of well-deserved rest.
