On July 5, Fitch Ratings affirmed the Long-Term Issuer Default Rating of BBB- with a Stable Outlook for TF Securities and its wholly owned subsidiary, TF International. TF Securities is the first and currently the only financial institution in Hubei Province to receive an investment-grade international rating, while TF International is the only company among Chinese securities firms' Hong Kong subsidiaries, and in Hubei Province and Central China, to receive an international credit rating. This affirmation of an investment-grade international rating by Fitch fully demonstrates the positive evaluation and high recognition of the stable development of TF Securities and TF International by international rating agencies. People familiar with the rescue package says the Chinese government is considering a number of supportive tools to stabilize the capital markets. Options under consideration include: 1) To set up a stock market stabilization fund with a scale of around 2 trillion yuan and invest mainly in A shares through Shanghai Connect and Shenzhen-Connect. Hahaha.. 2 ) Invest at least RMB 300 billion of local funds in A shares through China Securities Finance Corporation or Central Huijin All will be approved and announced as early as this week. However the most important thing that can fundamentally restore the confidence of private enterprises is to reduce the emphasis on ideology and re-emphasize the normal economic effects of a market economy. When you do that, economy will come back and market will form its own bottom.
