Treat your pitch like a free mouthful of posh cheddar. Imagine you're walking through a food market and someone offers you a free sample of cheese. 🧀🧀🧀 "YUM. Give me more!" You head over to their stall to look at all of the cheeses they have on offer, and decide to invest in an oak-smoked cheddar. You need to treat your pitch like it's a free morsel of cheese, NOT your whole cheese selection. Your pitch should act as a tasty morsel of your business that gives someone a flavour of what you're like to work with, that's enough for someone to think "Oooo, I like the sound of them. I'd like to find out more." Offering your whole cheese selection straight away is overwhelming. There are so many choices! And some people don't even like cheese! DID YOU KNOW it is National Cheese Ball Day? Here is a favorite recipe of one of our team members. Please share your recipe in the comment section. Ingredients: 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 3/4 cup pecans chopped small Instructions: In a large bowl beat the cream cheese. Then mix in the cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Spread out a large piece of saran wrap. Place the mixture into the middle of it and and then using the plastic wrap form it into a ball. Chill for 8 hours. Before serving, remove the saran wrap then coat the cheeseball with the pecans.
