This is how I boost team morale in 30 days: 1. Implement daily 5-minute team check-ins 2. Launch a peer-to-peer recognition program 3. Create "innovation time" for passion projects 4. Organize cross-departmental lunch and learns 5. Conduct "stay interviews" with team members 6. Celebrate small wins and milestones regularly 7. Implement flexible work arrangements where possible I do this process with struggling teams. Then when I come to reassessing morale, I see significant improvements in engagement, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction. Ready to energize your team?
