Repeated reading is a literacy strategy where students read a passage that has 50-200 words & they read it 4 times to gain fluency. I apply this strategy in math. A math standard usually has about 50 words, & students should read the math standard 4 times to gain fluency. If students can read the standard, they can read the problem. Your state math test is really a reading test that has numbers. ▪︎You don't want a student missing a problem because they couldn't read it correctly. ▪︎Let me train your teachers & you math scores will rise FAST!
