Very excited about this new feature! We're seeing property managers who are getting absolutely OVERCHARGED and UNDERSERVED by their rent reporting vendor. I get it ... rent reporting is hard, and these vendors wanted to make a quick buck. In contrast, Boom built for quality, wanting to do right by residents and property managers. We spent years refining a truly scalable platform. Now property managers are saving thousands of $$$ a year by switching to Boom. And some of the things we've uncovered are MIND BOGGLING. As we've continued to move more and more rental units off of competitors to Boom's modern rent reporting platform, we kept hearing similar things about the other vendors from customers who were looking to make a switch, like... "I honestly don't know what renters are are enrolled." "I don't have a portal to login." "I don't actually think any reporting is happening." "I think our team sends a spreadsheet every month. That's all I know." "I haven't heard from [redacted vendor] in 2 months." This is wild. 🤯 With Boom, of course you a modern portal to manage and view all enrolled renters at any given time. And taking that a step further, we launched Activity Logs to give property managers even more visibility and control.
