Consistency is one of the easiest ways to grow your podcast. And I mean consistency in multiple areas: • Release schedule • Show length • show format • show host The list could go on…. Consistency lets your listeners know what to expect and when to expect it. And it makes it easier for them to listen to your show and recommend it to others. However, do not forget that consistency will only drive growth if you have great content. Consistency will not fix a boring show. 😆

Unpopular truth about podcasting. If you were a little more selfish; - interrupted more - have less patience for guest ramblings - tolerate no shows and rescheduling less - focus on your content vs molding to fit a guest - place your CTA upfront or in the middle of your episode - did more guest research Then you'd have a better sounding podcast. Creating a polished sound that's similar across your episode adds more familiarity for listeners more then even photos and episode art does. Want help with a refresh?
