A small celebration with SG based TransX team with IBM partners as we are nearing the finishing line of our design phase. 10 gruelling weeks of over 1020 hours multi sprint- stream- module of adoption and design workshops with about 100 BPO/BPL and consultants involved (personally led and participated more than 220 hours on top of daily job). "We are changing wheels while driving" as our Deputy Chairman described the challenge we are in. THANK YOU everyone for your commitment and dedication in creating the future via TransX. A great week for YHS Supply Chain with 3 key milestones delivery. After nearly 2 months of hard and brain work, we finally completed TransX Plan to Manufacture (PP/PE) Process Design for 6 plants, 10 DCs and over 100 work centres across our group business operations, mapping through various complexities and scenarios. We also deployed our machine learning Advanced Forecasting Tool to pilot our key market after 3 intense months of study, assessment, prototyping, testing and validation of our AI Demand Planning model. We'd taken a step further to kick off our Project Establishment for Distribution Network Renewal Study to bring our service, cash and cost to the next level and rebooted our TransX eWM adoption workshop the same time. It hasn't been easy to get so much rolling & accomplished given various challenges we experienced and wouldn't happened with strong support from TransX PTM team, our BPO/BPL & capability team, IBM partners & consultants, our interns, business and functional leaders' support and collaboration. Special thanks to Hon Seng, Randy Bernabe, Abhishek Kaul, Joan Chua, Flora Hu, Khairuddin, Norhazlinda, Faizal, Eleen, Wiley Sam, Shu Ping and Benny Tumpak. Here we go. After 10 months of preparation - from discovery workshop, RFP process to Board of Directors approval, we finally kicked off YHS TransX with 70+ participants across the globe. TransX represents our intent to transform our century old heritage into future-ready, agile, competitive and innovative enterprise, that goes beyond S/4 Hana Greenfield implementation. Embracing Murphy's law, we are meticulous in our preparation in enabling all key drivers to ensure successful transformation. "Change is hard in the beginning, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end", this journey demands the courage and determination of the 'men and women in the arena.'
