You can look at your guests on the last two years and work on that 80/20 rule Focus on 20% of the guests that brought in 80% of your profits Or it could be 80% of just good reviews or just people that you know Could be regulars, could be people that haven't yet booked Just pick up the phone, they already know you, they already like you, they already trust you So it's a lot simpler having a phone call with somebody that knows you If you're not confident on the phone then send a WhatsApp, a text message, a voice note, a video message Whatever you do, now is the time to be proactive Don't just wait for the go-ahead for people to open Be proactive now

Here's my honest advice for anyone looking to grow I'm not particularly smart; I've just done this really well. Success is not about perfecting ONE thing Or becoming the best in the world at just one skill. Success is about getting good at a combination of valuable skills Then choosing a single target, And zeroing in on that target with laser focus. Believe me, you don’t need to be the smartest person to become successful. You just have to learn skills, a whole lot of them And stay obsessive, even when things get wild, Until, before you know it, you've turned the unthinkable into reality. PS So, who remembers these pens!? ♻️ Found this helpful? Repost and help your network.

How I Filter My LinkedIn Connections LinkedIn gives us the ability to see who views our profile, and I use this feature to filter connection requests more effectively. When I receive a connection request, I check the "Viewed your profile" section. If the person who sent the request is listed there, it's a strong indicator that they know what they’re looking for. They searched me or wanted see my profile first. These are the kinds of connections I prioritize. If they aren’t there, it often means the request came randomly. Here, I take two approaches: New or well-crafted profiles: I accept if I see potential. Profile collectors: If someone is just trying to grow their list, I decline. This type people don't use LinkedIn so much. I treat my LinkedIn profile like a trophy case, so I’m selective with both sending and accepting requests. This small research method has helped me avoid dead profiles, and I’ve been able to focus on building meaningful connections. This is my process, but it’s not perfect! If you have any suggestions, I’d love to hear them. I’m always open to new ideas!

Are you a consumer, or a creator? The past week or so I haven't been posting as much as I typically do while I have been servicing new clients, which is my priority as an account executive at Aspire. That being said, I found myself scrolling more than usual. The fact of the matter was that I was consuming more than I was creating. New goal, I must limit my "scrolling," on TikTok and Instagram to one hour per day (30 min each app) by setting my time limit in my settings section on my iPhone. This may seem elementary to put these restrictions on myself, but I am a type of person who has to be very regimented in most sections of my life. How do you notice your screen limits per app? I would say LinkedIn, but LinkedIn is actually quite useful for my AE role for prospecting on the daily, many deals are done via LinkedIn DMs.

In today's session, I delved into the invaluable significance of a robust LinkedIn profile and profile summary. Here's a quick rundown: 1️⃣ First Impressions Count: Your LinkedIn profile is often the initial point of contact potential employers, clients, or collaborators have with you. Make it count by crafting a compelling summary that highlights your unique value proposition. 2️⃣ Showcasing Your Brand: Your profile serves as your personal brand ambassador. Leverage it to showcase your skills, experiences, and achievements. Let your profile resonate with authenticity and professionalism. 3️⃣ Networking Goldmine: LinkedIn is a networking goldmine. A well-optimized profile can attract relevant connections and open doors to new opportunities, whether it's job offers, partnership ventures, or industry insights. 4️⃣ Elevating Visibility: An active LinkedIn presence can elevate your visibility within your industry or desired field. Engage with relevant content, share your expertise, and connect with like-minded professionals to amplify your reach. 5️⃣ Personalized Storytelling: Your profile summary is your chance to tell your story in a concise yet impactful manner. Craft a narrative that speaks to your journey, passions, and aspirations, while aligning with your professional goals. LinkedIn Learnovate enetrprises

Are you open for new business / next career step? Your personal LinkedIn profile might play a ladder role for you. Being set as customer-centric, giving clarity on value you deliver might be pivotal for your goal. There is this quote by Jim Rohn: "Take advantage of every opportunity to practice your communication skills so that when important occasions arise, you will have the gift, the style, the sharpness, the clarity, and the emotions to affect other people.” In order to boost your profile there are some practical, hence strategic steps that help align your profile with your goal: SEO / strategic keywords apply those in all describing fields: Headline, About and top5 skills, Experience, Skills Services If you provide one. Make this section visible and deliver tangible proof Recommendations Not from colleagues. From partners and clients you've suported on their goals. Background banner Respect everyone's time. Use the space to help to learn what are you about. Overall look 1-2-3 second impression. Make it customer centric. Don't hold you back on saying less. Analytics Tracking the inbound flow. Who has visited your profile, and building welcome communication with your community Featured Display the most useful insights, links that could help your target audience to bond LinkedIn is a very reactive platform, still, only if you put your proactive efforts in advance. P. S. Not saying you need to use frame "open to work" - it's here to stop your feed 👀😉
