According to Marc Schledorn, Head of Advanced Development Steering Wheel Systems at ZF, the emotional element remains under the driver's control during the complete journey. Have you ever been curious about the mysterious 'Wheel Speed Sensor' in your car? 🚗 🤔 In the automotive industry, these small devices play a key role in ensuring road safety. 🔒 Although they often remain invisible and unrecognizable, their role is invaluable. The wheel speed sensor is a device located on each of our four wheels. It is responsible for monitoring the wheel rotation speed in real time. 🔹 How does it work? Wheel speed sensors operate on the principle of non-contact measurement. Without contact with the rotating wheel, they can precisely determine the speed of its rotation. These invisible protagonists monitor the speed of each wheel, sending key information to internal car system, explained below. 👇 🔹 Why is this so important? This is because this information goes directly to the #ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) control unit. ABS is a technology that helps maintain control of the vehicle during braking.
