I want to work at Tesla. I have a degree in automotive engineering and I am a certified specialist. I also have experience working as a technical manager in the production department of a factory that manufactured car bodies. I performed the following tasks:
Participated in standardizing workstations and implementing measures developed by the production system.
Tracked repair work in the department with service centers.
Ensured timely requests for tools, technical materials, accessories, and spare parts for repairs.
Regularly checked equipment and fixtures for technological accuracy.
Identified morally outdated and unnecessary equipment, took measures for its write-off and disposal.
Organized and supervised the safe execution of high-risk work, issued work permits.
Worked with shop floor rationalizers: provided technical advice, coordinated rationalization proposals with relevant departments, and implemented them in production.
Participated in planning the placement of new equipment or the reconstruction of sections in the workshop. Prepared the site and coordinated the installation, assembly, setup, commissioning, and mastering of incoming equipment in the workshop.
Conducted inventory of tools and accessories within established deadlines.
Conducted timely checks and training on labor, industrial, and fire safety for subordinate workers. Monitored compliance with these standards and rules.
Carried out functions aimed at continuous improvement of processes using the principles and tools of the production system. Compliance with the requirements of the 5S system, organization of workplaces in accordance with the requirements of standardized work and the 5S system. Participated in project implementation working groups.
Before becoming a technical manager, I held the position of mechanical engineer. I was involved in rationalization. I led investment projects and small initiative groups. I developed a production system based on TPS in the section: 5s, kanban, visualization, and conducted safety checks. I worked in the SAP ERP system. I reported malfunctions and supplemented the equipment disassembly structure. I planned current and capital repairs. I worked with design and technological documentation, catalogs. I prepared technical specifications. I dealt with the write-off of critical and expired equipment.
