Worst service of Bosch I am appalled by Bosch's washing machine service. After reporting a door issue on 19th August 2024 through the dealer, Anns service in Thrissur inspected on the next day. Despite of frequent follow ups I have only been told that parts were ordered and would arrive the same before 6th of September.On 3rd Sept I once again registered a complaint through toll free no and they informed that within 24 hours they will call back.There is no response till now.Again on the same day I contacted a higher official over phone.He informed that he will go through the matter and get back.No response till now. I am still waiting, and now the service centre says parts won't be ready until 1st week of October- ie over 43 days later.continous follow ups have yielded no real answers.Attempts to escalate the issue have been ignored.The complete lack of timely service and effective communication from both Bosch and Anns service is unacceptable and deeply frustrating. BOSH Global Services Diyarbakır'da ki bayiden hediye olarak gelen ürünü İzmir'de ki bayilerden değiştiremiyorum. Kurumsal bir firmaya ait bayiden aldığımiz ürünü neden başka bir yerden değiştiremiyorum. Biz bosh markasına güvenerek bu ürünleri alıyoruz .  İzmir de değişim konusunda yardımcı olabilecek bayi konusunda destek istiyorum.

Yaklaşık on ay öncesinde evlilik hazırlığı kapsamında Alibeyköy Bosh mağazasından buzdolabı,çamaşır makinesi ve bulaşık makinesi 12 bin TL ye aldım .Bize ait olan ürünlerin evliliğimize daha vakit olmasından mağazada kalması ile ilgili çeyiz sözleşmesi prosedürünü imzaladık.ürünlerimizi alma vaktimiz geldiğinde mağazanın battığını ve kişinin yurt dışına kaçtığını öğrendik .Mahkemeye bana ait olan ve özel mülkiyetime giren ürünlerime şerh koydurdum fakat dava sonucu da aleyhimize çıktı .kişiyi bulmamız gerektiği kararı çıktı .Bosh genel merkezi olarak durumu bilgilendirdik ve mağduriyetimiz söz konusu .Bosch markasına ve tabelasına güvenmiştik oysaki bosh bizim için bitmiştir .parayı alana kadar uğraşacağım .#bosch hakkımızı helal etmiyoruz

Hello No reaction no contact no effort on the part of bosh Morocco after-sales service. It touches on Bosh's image. I am really disappointed to wait for a simple spare part for almost two months and leave my fridge broken all this time.
