The building mass lifts up from the ground to create a great hall open day and night to the public. A sweeping public park bridges the project site, reaching from the building over the interstate highway and to the nearby Triangle Parcel. The robust public realm, much needed in Seaport, facilitates continuous circulation and spans a significant elevation change across the urban site.
