Cardiac Sarcoidosis. Dear colleagues, Magnificent cardiac Case Study…. Very interesting & Challenging… How does this case of cardiac sarcoidosis mimic arrhythmogenic RVC, in your opinion? Notice : Related Comments : There is right ventricular dilatation (D-shaped LV caused by RV volume overload ) and RV dysfunction (hypokinesis of the RV free wall). Malcoaptation of the tricuspid valve caused by tricuspid annulus dilatation (I suppose the TR jet is severe). The right atrium is also dilated . Small pericardial effusion.
