Commercial roofers & contractors, We know how much it costs to hire a new sales rep. Keep in mind we're talking about one rep— Have you seen a training class of just one? You also have the cost of the middle manager who manages those reps. Now, what if those reps don't close anything? Do you get your money back? Nope. At the end of the day, to hire a sales rep class of 10 reps, you're spending half a million bucks. You gotta pay for: ⚪ Their salary ⚪ Their benefits ⚪ Somebody to train them ⚪ Their workers comp ⚪ Their 401K Additionally, how long does it take for that rep to really know what they're doing? It's usually a 3-6 month lag. What if we could serve as your designated B2B sales rep for a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time rep? That is exactly what we do. We've developed a sales system that can help your business grow immediately without the stress and significant investment required to field an internal sales team. If you're looking to generate more leads, book more appointments and close more deals, we can help. If interested, DM me to set up call. #CommercialRoofing #SalesAsAService #B2BSales

Building a successful sales career is a lot like building a snowman—both require vision, effort, and consistency. 1️⃣ Start with a Strong Foundation Just like you roll the first snowball to create the base of your snowman, your career starts with mastering the basics. Learn your product, understand your market, and perfect your communication skills. A solid foundation is critical for everything you’ll build on top. 2️⃣ Add Layers Over Time A great snowman doesn’t happen all at once—it’s built layer by layer. Similarly, in sales, you develop your career step by step. Build your network, expand your expertise, and grow your relationships with clients. 3️⃣ Pack It Tight A snowman needs compact, sturdy snow to stand tall. In your sales career, consistency and follow-through keep everything solid. Whether it’s hitting your numbers or nurturing client relationships, staying reliable is what makes you stand out. 4️⃣ Personalize It A snowman gets its personality from the details—like a carrot nose and button eyes. Your sales career should reflect you. Bring your unique style, creativity, and energy to the role. That’s what leaves a lasting impression on your customers. 5️⃣ Keep It Standing A snowman can melt if it’s not maintained, and your sales career can too. Stay adaptable, keep learning, and evolve with the market to maintain your momentum. Just like building a snowman, building a sales career takes patience, effort, and a bit of fun. The more care and creativity you put into it, the more impressive the result! What step are you working on in building your "snowman"? ⛄ #SocialCintas #CintasCareers

Subject : Out door Sales Vs Inside office job Sales, especially in an outdoor setting, is often misunderstood by those in office roles. People may assume that sales is just a matter of smooth talking and sealing deals, but the reality is far from it. An office job typically involves a structured environment: clear schedules, set breaks, and controlled work conditions. On the other hand, outdoor sales, particularly when dealing with non-consumer goods or niche products, is full of unpredictable challenges. For a sales executive, every day is different. They may face harsh weather, long travel hours, and often meet clients who are not initially interested in their products. There’s no fixed schedule for meals or breaks when you're constantly on the move, juggling meetings, follow-ups, and impromptu client requests. It’s mentally and physically draining. One of the toughest challenges is selling products that aren't high on the client's priority list. You have to become not just a salesperson, but an educator, persuader, and problem-solver, often under the pressure of tight targets. The perception that a salesperson is simply "having fun" is frustrating, especially when results don’t come despite tremendous effort. Salespeople face a unique pressure: no matter how hard they work, if they don’t meet numbers, the management assumes they aren't working hard enough. The truth is, sales is not a 9 to 6 job with structured breaks or an easy workload. It requires resilience, adaptability, and the ability to handle rejection day in and day out. It’s easy to say "anyone can do sales," but in reality, it takes a specific kind of grit and determination to succeed in an ever-changing, often thankless field.

Sales role seeking friend, come hither... A friendly reminder that talking to someone in a similar role at the company you're applying to could literally save you from peril The org may look like a great place to work from the outside but it may be an absolute dumpster fire when you get in the door Ask the hard questions... - Do you have a good work/life balance? - Do you get real coaching? - Are you expected to answer messages on weekends? - Can you take PTO without worry? - What percentage of reps hit quota? - Are you actually happy? - How's the PMF? Etc etc Again, a company may look cool, be growing quickly, be smashing revenue targets, etc But that can sometimes come at a cost and there may be things going on underneath the sexy marketing and LinkedIn posts that tells a completely different story AND not every culture is right for every rep Some people are cool with working 80 hours a week, some people are not Just be smart and stay safe out there buddies ❤️🔥

If you asked me what the toughest roles to fill are, I'd say Major account management, no question. I'm talking about the real account management jobs . I don't get many of them as searches because the demand for Enterprise new business hunters is about 8x higher . Why are the account management roles so hard to fill you ask ? First of all you get tons of applications from new business salespeople who think account management will be a breeze. It’s not. Second, a lot of people use the title “account manager” but are actually just new business hunters in disguise. They’re embarrassed to call themselves new business salespeople and think clients will like them better if they 'pretend' to be account managers or at least thats how their employers have designed the job title. There's just that little bit of shame hiding beneath the surface ....... Major account management . Its a real skill and it often doesn't lend itself to a new business hunter who has had the stuffing knocked out of them. You can't bin the client if they annoy you . You can't get a new one . You HAVE to make it work . You HAVE to make the relationships work. You HAVE to make them stay . You HAVE to sell them more stuff . Not easy that . It would do my nut in ! I like getting shiny new customers . I'm fickle . A. new best client ever every week ! How are you proving you're a real account manager and not just a sales hunter?
