We want to challenge you this end-of-year! Take a look at your routine tasks and review what shouldn’t be on your plate. Are you in a place where you can start delegating some of those tasks off to a new or existing team member? Then, go to each of your team members and ask them about their workload. Are there tasks that they are currently responsible for that aren’t in alignment with their job title or goals? Review if your business is in a place where you can bring on another team member to take on any of those tasks. As business owners, we wear a lot of hats, and we ask our team to do the same. But as the business grows, it is appropriate to start growing the team and delegating routine tasks.
