♻ Attention: We're hiring for a frontend/backend/full-stack developer who's willing to join our Team. 🏮 NOTE: This is an unpaid position/opportunity 😖 Every time I came across this kind of post. it hurt me so bad 💔 . at least it took me more than 30 days to recover. if we could be honest some of us need at least to get paid something to keep up with the project. here's why(my reality). 1. Our laptop needs to be upgraded. 2. We eat a single meal per day to save for internet fees. 3. Working on the project doesn't mean you're only working when you're coding, even after closing the laptop you keep thinking about it which is also work. 4. The living costs nowadays have increased at a high level. 5. Our wallets are empty as well, some of us have no insurance, if something goes wrong today you might need gofundme campaign to get out of it. Yesterday I checked the StackOverflow 2024 survey and at least 80% of programmers out there are unhappy. What are the solutions? I don't know either 🙆♂️ If you're a junior dev whatever you're going through don't feel like you're the only one who's experiencing them, just figure out something that can pull back your mental health on cool mode and stay consistent. And if your good days start kicking in don't think those who are still on the ground are lazy or unqualified.
