Sound and High Jewelry intertwine under the same vision. This year, for the new High Jewelry Carte Blanche collection Or Bleu, Maison Boucheron collaborated with the French artist Molecule. Following Claire Choisne's footsteps in Iceland, he stepped into nature to capture the real sounds of waterfalls and crashing waves to create a composition especially made for the 'Or Bleu' collection. Sharing Boucheron's values and vision, he was a natural fit for this collaboration. His compositions add an auditory element, capturing the raw, powerful forces of water that inspired the new 26 High Jewelry creations. Dive deeper into this unique collaboration in a dedicated episode of our podcast miniseries on the 'Boucheron True Stories' channel – available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. https://lnkd.in/dHnMtXvZ #OrBleu #CarteBlancheHighJewelry

Chairman of Rapaport Group, an international network of companies providing added-value services that support the development of ethical, transparent, efficient, and competitive diamond and jewelry markets.
Increased supply lowers price which increases competition which lowers price. Synthetic diamond prices will fall to cost plus added value. Adding value to synthetic diamonds is in the domain of fashion jewelry as merchandised by Swarovski. Pandora, and eventually WallMart, Amazon and other retailers that specialize in low cost adornments. Synthetic people that misposition synthetic diamonds as engagement rings will go bankrupt. The gift of commitment requires something of value. Marriage is not a one night stand and engagement rings are not costume jewelry, There is a relationship between real values, real value and real diamonds.

Monday Press Review - Articles, podcasts & videos I enjoyed last week: 1. "Inside the Emergence of Lab-Grown Diamonds and How They Could Shape the Industry," a brilliant, comprehensive and insightful deep-dive into the hot category. By Victoria Gomelsky for Robb Report https://lnkd.in/ds8Yzw9U 2. "David Kellie - Real, Rare, Responsible" on Avi Krawitz's podcast: A Lively discussion with the CEO of the Natural Diamond Council. A lot of food for thought, especially the results of a mystery shopper initiative and how to brand natural diamonds. Looking forward to the new campaign shot in the northwestern territories. https://lnkd.in/e-dtXVCx 3. If like me, you like your financial results and analysis in an informative package, look no further than "Why Brilliant Earth Has Been Outpacing Signet" narrated by Joshua Freedman on the Rapaport Market Comment. https://lnkd.in/eusTBweW 4. "Good Investment: What Makes Jewellery Rise in Value?" by Rachael Taylor analyzes how to curate a collection that will deliver returns. Great read and beautifully illustrated (unsurprisingly it's on Katerina Perez) https://lnkd.in/eXCErH7Z 5. "Tips to Define Your Brand on Social Media from Jordan Wentz of Mason-Kay Jade & Jewels of the Trade" on American Gem Trade Association (AGTA): Lots of practical tips and ideas that might help shape your social media strategy. https://lnkd.in/eUNPei_M Have a great week! #jewelrynews #naturaldiamonds #podcast #jewelry #socialmedia #labgrowndiamonds

Interesting to note this review of The Swans, which is all about a certain style of a certain era, talks about the Department Store as the original “Third Place”, and how unfortunately that is now lost. Will be interesting to see how influential this series is on fashion in the coming seasons! Fashion as armor/Classic style as comfort.

Perfumery Educator & Author | Host of The Perfume Making Podcast | Guiding Aspiring Perfumers to Artistic and Business Success | Advocate for Scent in Enhancing Wellbeing
As we ease into the summer holidays I thought I'd go back to the start of my podcasts and share key episodes with you all - especially for my new listeners. Over the next few weeks, I will share shows that will get you started on your perfume-making journey. Let's start with episode 1: The Art of Perfume Making: A Beginner's Guide. Here I introduce the podcast and share my passion for demystifying the process of making perfume. While future episodes will focus on the technical aspects of creating fragrances, this episode is dedicated to exploring the reasons why listeners should consider making their own perfumes. I highlight the joy of working with scents and the opportunity to create unique fragrances for personal use or even for a business. I encourage listeners at all stages of their perfume-making journey to reflect on their reasons for pursuing this creative endeavour.

Megan's first podcast! 🎧 Take a listen for a deep dive into the importance of Style on set. 🎥
My first podcast experience and must say I kinda love it! I'm an avid podcast listener, myself. Sometimes I need to slow my roll to allow what I've learned to even sink in! I was thrilled to be on the giving end being able to provide what I've learned to others in the production and branding world. This podcast will help brands and producers understand the importance of the finishing touch. When a substantial investment is being made in creating your content, don't leave the aesthetics to chance. Or, rely on team members to address this aspect when it's not their primary focus in the project. Having a second set of eyes, hands, and a process for this component helps the production run smoothly, the talent is happy + taken care of, and timelines are met. 🙌 If you have a few minutes I'd appreciate you for listening, and also a grateful shout out to Bill B. - owner of Flex Media, and Kathie Taylor (Zipp) for this opportunity.

To any entrepreneur looking for a kick of motivation, I really recommend watching this podcast episode interviewing the founder of KidSuper. The energy and #hustle of this guy is fantastic and pretty contagious. After watching, I was definitely thinking about all the crazy things I could do. Bonus discussion at the start to go over what you can expect from a colonscopy haha. The candid approach Tosh takes to this stuff is great, but you can skip to 9:41 if you just want to get to the interview. I highly recommend not skipping if you aren't comfortable with getting your own colonscopy as a male of 40+. Ain't nothing to be ashamed of, and it sure as shit shouldn't be avoided. Some very avoidable deaths due to people not getting checked up. https://lnkd.in/gxQv_7Tv
