I studied economic relations at university, intending to pursue a career in diplomacy in Moldova. However, after moving to Stockholm for my master’s degree, I met a Swedish entrepreneur and we co-founded a start-up. My journey into sales began through developing products and understanding market demands as an entrepreneur. Can you share a challenge you experienced early in your career? Time management was a significant challenge. In the fintech sector, working with large financial clients involves complex and lengthy processes. I learned to prioritize and focus on task-driven results to ensure that deals progressed smoothly. What is important to you in your role? Building strong customer relationships is paramount. Customers should feel valued and heard, much like guests in your home. As their host, it's essential to take care of them and attend to their needs. What is your big idea, Lana? Embrace your personality. If you are a people-connector, leverage that strength. If you are analytical, highlight your problem-solving skills.
