Wow, what a difference in 18 months How I’ve developed in my camera confidence. This was my first ever podcast interview and I was very nervous I have done many more since, including a live webinar to over 150 brokers. Keep pushing, posting and building your confidence, it won’t happen overnight but it will happen Chris Targett #mortgage #mortgagebroker #mortgages #mortgageadvisor #mortgagetips #mortgagetipsuk #mortgagelife #firsttimehomebuyers #propertyinvestment #propertyinvestmentforbeginners #glenrussellproperty #firsttimehomebuyer #firsttimebuyer #firsttimebuyeruk #firsttimebuyertips #mortgagetipsuk

Why sport is important…
Just look at what it means 🥹 Lifelong fan Vera Hill, 92, gave up her season ticket when she started to lose her eyesight 15 years ago. We invited Vera pitchside to fulfil her greatest wish of hearing Mull of Kintyre one more time ❤️

On a mission to inspire and empower through authentic leadership. Sharing real-world experiences and strategies to help you unlock your potential. Let's connect, engage, and grow together.
I'm reminded daily that the best is yet to come - for myself and for those I have the privilege to guide. This message captures a powerful truth: our greatest moments often lie ahead, waiting to unfold. Leadership isn't just about telling others to be patient; it's about walking alongside them on their journey. It's about helping them see their progress, especially when they might miss it themselves. We build resilience together, creating systems that keep us moving forward even on our toughest days. Remember, the investment you make in yourself and others compounds over time. Those small, consistent efforts? They're the building blocks of future triumphs. As leaders, we're not just focused on destinations - we celebrate the small victories along the way, keeping our teams motivated and engaged. So to everyone out there grinding, learning, and growing: Your best moments are still ahead. Keep pushing, keep believing. The journey might be challenging, but it's shaping you for experiences beyond your wildest dreams. Stay patient, stay focused, and remember - your future self will thank you for the work you're putting in today. Let's embrace the journey together, knowing that our best chapters are yet to be written. The anticipation of what's to come? That's the fuel that drives us to excellence every single day 🙏

This powerful reminder stopped me in my tracks. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, the deadlines, the never-ending to-do lists. But let's take a moment to breathe and reflect. ✨ Imagine the friendships you haven't yet made. ✨ Think of the places you haven't yet visited. ✨ Envision the accomplishments you haven't yet achieved. Life is full of endless possibilities, and sometimes, the best is yet to come. Every setback, every challenge is just a step towards those amazing moments waiting for us in the future. So, let's keep moving forward with hope and optimism. Let's embrace the unknown with excitement. Your journey is far from over, and the best chapters are still being written. 🔗 How do you stay motivated and optimistic about the future? If you are curious about why drug development is complex and why it takes time, effort, passion and considerable resources to get even a single drug approved, it’s worth your while to watch this short video.
As many of you know, I do like to write things. And on the occasion of our recent approval, I had some thoughts. It took a while for me to get them out as last week was a whirlwind of emotion and meetings and travel and celebration. But I finally did. Instead of putting them in print, however, I decided to just say them (warning: this may exceed the MTD of Sam for most people). Finally, for everyone who sent a lovely note, thank you. I read every single one.
