🌟 Job Opening 🌟 Role : Business Analyst Location : Dadar, Mumbai   Job Summary: As a Business Analyst, individual will be responsible for conducting thorough business analysis to improve operational efficiency, evaluate business processes, and support strategic decision-making. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to enhance business operations. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Recommend changes to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Define new process to optimally track CF flows & refine in collaboration with all functions, audits for compliance &bring control. Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance, tower utilization, customer demand, and other key metrics. Prepare reports and dashboards to support business insights. Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders (Corporate DRs, ROH, OQH, RSH etc) from various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT and other teams. Prepare Annual budget for the Wireless Ops function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and operational requirements. Forecasting and Tracking: Develop and maintain financial forecasts for operational expenses, revenue projections, and other key metrics. Track and report variances against the budget to the COO, providing insights into potential risks and opportunities. Project Management: Lead or support projects to implement process improvements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure successful execution. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including deployment, operations, SAQ, Quality, sales, and finance, to gather insights and ensure alignment of business objectives. Strategic Support: Assist the COO in developing and implementing business strategies, focusing on operational efficiency and growth opportunities. Change Management: Support change management efforts by communicating process changes to relevant stakeholders and providing training and support as needed.
