Juneteenth is a CELEBRATION of how far WE have come and a call to ACTION for the work that remains.
Our organization started on this day during uncertain times in 2020. Since then we've seen a lot of growth and continue to fight for equality for all who step on the pitch.
Happy #Juneteenth. We're just getting started.

Today #MayuÁvila explains how #WeCommit for #2024UNCSC. Together, we can break down barriers, build bridges, and create a world where diversity is celebrated, equality is upheld, and justice prevails!
This video talks about inclusion and some ways to promote and improve equality, equity, justice and some more relevent topics that we thought that could be improved in the European Union Space. Although we believe that there are being done enough things, we believe that this would utterly help.

Care is the backbone of our societies, it affects everyone. Everyone has been cared for in their lives (it may not have been good and that's even more of a reason to change and respect it) and almost everyone will care for someone.
We MUST stop overlooking this sector and how it impacts the functioning of our societies and economies.

Over the past few months, governments have been negotiating a 'Pact for the Future', to be launched at the UN Summit of the Future on 22-23 September. The Pact is meant to set out critical actions for addressing the multiple intersecting crises the world is currently facing. Feminist networks and their allies in wider civil society have been pushing for care to be central to the Pact, as part of a shift to an economic system that goes #beyondGDP and prioritises human rights and wellbeing of people and planet.
Read below the joint statement by PSI - Public Services International, Womankind Worldwide, Development Alternatives with Women for a New Era (DAWN), FEMNET - African Women's Development and Communication Network, Oxfam and others calling for care to be recognised as a human right and a public good in the Pact.
Mapping the cost of non-Europe: Europe could uphold citizens’ rights and equality
Equal treatment is a fundamental value of the European Union and all EU citizens should enjoy the same EU rights. However, we could do more to protect citizens' rights and generate benefits for society.
The European Parliament called for more EU action to better protect our fundamental rights. One of the most promising would be tackling gender inequality in the labour market.
Our study ‘Ten ways that Europe could do more for you - Mapping the cost of non-Europe’ assesses the potential benefits of more EU action through key policy proposals. These benefits reflect economic gains, as well as gains in terms of social and fundamental rights, and also protection of the environment.
