Some times these values are forgotten. •Employees are the most important asset of a dealership. •Returning customers and customer satisfaction are still the cornerstones of the dealership operations •A good customer experience starts with a good employee experience. •If the customer doesn't book a time for preventative maintenance, the car will book it itself. When the customer books it, it's called "maintenance" and when the car books it, it's called "repair". Charlie Polston worked 42 years for the same company BG Products.
