When I NEED to supplement to hit my protein goals, I will - but most of my supplemented protein comes from my post-workout shake which I take at 6 am after my workout at 4:30. I typically get 80-85% of my daily protein goal from real food.

I used to shake that thing 2x everyday at the office and my co-workers would ask: "What is that? Are you doping? "😂
