What you’ll do "
Strategic Client Activation
Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor activation strategies accordingly.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's industry landscape, competitive positioning, and target audience from Refyne’s end
Identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement throughout the client lifecycle.
Collaborate with key account managers to align activation efforts with client expectations and goals.
Innovative Sign-up/Transaction Strategies
Evaluate the potential impact and feasibility of alternative channels based on factors such as reach, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with client objectives.
Pilot and test new channel initiatives to gauge effectiveness and scalability.
Leverage data-driven insights and market research to identify untapped opportunities and niche segments.
Play a critical role in gathering insights from in-person engagements and translating them into actionable strategies.
Empowering the Client Managers
Equip key account managers with the necessary tools, resources, and insights to effectively address client needs and challenges.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among key account managers to leverage best practices and insights.
Direct Client Engagement
Organising physical events with client companies to drive user acquisition and transaction volume.
Address client feedback and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align strategies and initiatives.
Share insights and feedback from client interactions to inform product development and growth efforts.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Analyse data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and updates on performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
