Big news, and an exciting new chapter for the BrüMate crew today! I've brought on Paul McAdam on as our new CEO, and I am incredibly excited as we lock arms in the journey forward. I've spent the last 8 years leading all functions of BrüMate, and as a young founder it's been an amazing journey that has taught me so much along the way. In that time I have learned what I am good at, where I am still learning and where I really shine and add value for BrüMate and our team. I've also come to realize that the term "entrepreneur" isn't a given title, it's the definition of the journey you take as a founder. It is something earned by those brave enough to start, and mentally strong enough to see it through. It's about the ability to push past roadblocks, defining the vision and chasing it relentlessly even when nobody else can see the light but you. Having your hands all over your business is an invaluable learning opportunity as a founder to be able not only get to know your business better, but also yourself. It's taught me that there's power in focus, and that is what this next chapter is all about. BrüMate was started out of my passion for exploring the unknown and creating the unexpected, listening to our customers and creating one-of-a-kind innovations that solve real problems while enhancing what they care about most. That, combined with leading our marketing team to define our vision and strategy on how we tell the world about BrüMate, and get our products into customers hands is where I thrive. In partnership with Paul, I will continue leading our product and marketing teams, and together we will drive BrüMate upwards and onwards as the leading lifestyle innovator in drinkware and coolers. A household name that will become synonymous with "best-in-class" as we continue doubling down on creating solutions that are lightyears ahead of our peers at price points that are still affordable. That is our strength, and we know it well. Paul has spent over 30 years in leadership roles at incredible brands such as; Ben Sherman, All Saints North America, New Era Cap, and most recently Careismatic brands. So, why Paul? It's simple: He is an awesome human, a great culture fit, and has a proven track record of scaling amazing companies. He's is driven, smart and cares deeply for both the team and our customers. Most importantly - he loves to win. So, together, that is exactly what we are going to do.
