A 150 Minutes hard surgery in a two years old tractional retinal detachment due to PDRP, the retina was very thin and not visible, the membranes are like a dried bubble gum on a weak wet paper. i only want to know how do you make such cases easier! ... to mee i follow this rules: 1- Stain the membranes many times to see them 2- Release the connection between parts is much more than sufficeint 3- Leave the areas that could bleed to the end 4- Compilcations come when you are happy and released and more confident 5- Some wars need much more than one battle!
