Va de Vi is looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate, flexible, and excited to be working with an independent restaurant. The team is lead by Chef Dominique Shelton who worked in respected Los Angeles restaurants before making his way to the Bay Area. Staying with an international small plates concept, the menu is chef-driven with microseasonal changes. Ideal candidates should have a collaborative personality, managerial acumen, and contribute to the continuing success of the restaurant. Compensation includes competitive base salary in the $70-$80k range, 20% bonus, health benefits, parking, and paid time off.
